Shanxi Lu'an Taihang Lubrication Technology Co., Ltd. was established in June 2015 and is a subsidiary of Lu'an Chemical Group with a registered capital of 150 million yuan. The company produces coal based CTL produced by Lu'an Chemical Group PAO base oil is a high-tech enterprise that integrates the research and development, production, sales, and service of coal based fully synthetic lubricating materials, relying on resources. In July 2021, it was recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China as a national "little giant" enterprise specializing in fine, special and new products. It has jointly built the "Taihang Lubricant Shanghai Research and Development Center" with the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute of Advanced Research, and jointly built the "Coal based Synthetic Lubricant (Academician) Joint Research and Development Platform" with the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, providing a strong innovation drive for the company's development.
The company has a design and production capacity of 50000 tons/year for a full range of lubricating oils. The factory covers an area of 50000 square meters and has a modern factory building of 14500 square meters and a base oil reserve capacity of 6200 cubic meters. It adopts internationally advanced synchronous measurement and blending technology (SMB) and automatic batch blending technology (ABB), strictly controls 11 process flows, and ensures high-quality product quality. It has passed ISO9001 ISO14001 international standard system certification and IATF16949:2016 automotive industry standard.
At present, the company's products cover five major categories, 19 series and 288 models, including automotive oil, industrial oil, special oil, grease and automotive auxiliary oil. Among them, new energy automotive oil, advanced performance wind power gear oil, fast bright quenching oil, immersed data center coolant, immersed electrochemical energy storage coolant and other high-tech products have obtained 25 platform and product certifications from BYD, Flander, Nangaochi, Zheng Jisuo, Netsuke Technology, Shandong Electric Machinery Co., Ltd. and other international and domestic main engine manufacturers.
